Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, rent, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Subscriptions

Freshset includes one free look. Continued unlimited use requires Freshset Premium:

• £8.99 per week, following a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

Prices shown are for the United Kingdom and may vary by region; the price applicable to you is always shown in the App before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited at the moment of purchase.
• Free trials are offered once per Apple Account, at Apple's discretion.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

AI-generated images

The App edits your photograph using a third-party AI service to show a simulated manicure. The result is an illustration, not a prediction or a promise. What a nail technician can actually achieve depends on your natural nails, the products used, and their skill. Colours will vary between screens, lighting conditions and real products.

Generated images can occasionally be wrong, distorted or not what you asked for. Do not rely on the App for any decision where accuracy matters, and always confirm with a qualified technician before booking or paying for a treatment.

You keep whatever rights you have in the photographs you provide. You are responsible for having the right to use any photograph or inspiration picture you upload, and for not uploading photographs of other people without their agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to upload unlawful, abusive or sexual content, images of children, or images you have no right to use; not to attempt to bypass the App's limits or paywall; and not to interfere with, overload or attack our servers. We may limit or withdraw access where the App is being misused.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Apple

This agreement is between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, regulatory claims, or intellectual-property infringement claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms, and you may end it at any time by deleting the App.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
