1) Who we are
Subsly (“we”, “us”) publishes the Huzz Pro app and this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
2) What we collect
- Content you provide — text you type/paste, and images/screenshots you attach or capture with the camera for analysis.
- Purchase data — product identifier (
premium_weekly_599), transaction IDs, subscription status (via Apple StoreKit). We never receive card numbers. - App usage — basic interaction events (e.g., free-usage counters kept locally with
UserDefaults), feature toggles, and non-identifying diagnostics if the OS provides them. - Device data — device model, OS version, language, timezone, app version.
3) How we use data
- Generate AI results for your requests (e.g., ghostwritten replies, profile openers, live scene advice). Your text/images are sent to our API gateway to reach the AI model provider and returned as output.
- Subscriptions — verify and manage your auto-renewing subscription and restore purchases with Apple.
- Quality & safety — improve reliability, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
- Support — respond if you contact us.
4) AI & third parties
- AI processing: We route requests through our gateway (e.g., Cloudflare Workers) to an AI model provider (e.g., Google Gemini) to create responses. Content is processed for the sole purpose of generating your result.
- Apple: In-App Purchases, subscription status, and receipts are handled by Apple (StoreKit / App Store).
- No ads, no sale: We do not sell your personal data or use third-party ad tracking SDKs.
5) Legal bases (EEA/UK)
We rely on contractual necessity (to provide the app), legitimate interests (security, quality, fraud prevention), and consent where required (e.g., camera/photos permissions).
6) Data retention
- Content: kept only as long as necessary to fulfill your request and maintain service reliability; not used for advertising.
- Purchases: retained as required for accounting/compliance.
- Diagnostics: typically up to 24 months if collected.
- Backups: limited-duration backups may persist for ≤30 days.
7) Your choices & rights
- Permissions: You can deny Camera/Photos access in iOS Settings.
- Access / delete: Email us to access or delete your personal data.
- Region rights: Depending on your region, you may request correction, export, deletion, or restriction, or object to certain processing.
8) Children
Huzz Pro is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9) Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, and least-privilege access. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
10) International transfers
Processing may occur in the US or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11) Subscriptions & billing summary
Huzz Pro offers a 3-day free trial, then $5.99/week, auto-renewing until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; manage or cancel anytime in Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions. See the Terms for full details.
